Our story

Inspired by my son Calvin

Created to bring timeless beauty, warmth and meaning into your home.

Calvin Art House began with something deeply personal: my son, Calvin.

His name is more than the name of this shop. He is my inspiration and the reason I wanted to build something meaningful, creative and lasting. Becoming a parent changed the way I looked at home. I started noticing how much the spaces around us affect how we feel — how a quiet piece of art, a soft landscape or a timeless botanical print can make a room feel warmer, calmer and more personal.

That idea became the beginning of Calvin Art House.

Art that is easy to live with

I created this shop to offer printable wall art that feels elegant, peaceful and easy to live with. I’m especially drawn to vintage-inspired landscapes, botanical studies, muted watercolors and artwork with a timeless quality — pieces that feel as though they could have been discovered in an old sketchbook, a countryside home or a small European art collection.

Each design is selected or created with careful attention to composition, color, texture and how it will look once printed and displayed in a real home. I spend time refining the details so the artwork feels balanced and beautiful without overwhelming the room. Many pieces use warm, neutral tones and subtle character, so they pair easily with different interiors.

Why digital prints

I wanted decorating your home to be simple. Digital downloads let you choose the size, paper, frame and printing method that work best for your space, and you get the artwork straight away.

• Every print comes as 5 high-resolution JPG files (300 DPI) in the 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 5:7 / ISO and 11:14 ratios, so it fits most standard frames.
• Print at home, at a local print shop or with an online print service. A matte or fine-art paper suits the vintage look best.
• Nothing is shipped, and frames aren’t included — you pick the ones you love.

A family story

What makes Calvin Art House special to me is that it grew from the wish to create something inspired by family, and every new collection is part of that journey.

My hope is that when you find a piece here, it becomes more than something you print and hang on a wall — that it becomes part of the atmosphere of your home, bringing a little beauty, calm and character into the everyday.

Thank you for visiting Calvin Art House, and for allowing a small part of our story to become part of yours.
